Quality Engineer

Job Description Isca Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for a Quality Engineer to join our growing client based near Bridgwater.\n\nThis is an exciting new opportunity for an ambitious Quality Engineer to join the team in this newly created position to contribute to a forward-thinking company. Working closely with the Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for instigating, maintaining and developing further the existing quality frameworks for both the manufacturing and office areas of the business.\n\nQuality Engineer - Key Responsibilities:\n\n * Be the lead for Quality functions for the business\n\n * Ensure all activities are compliant and report on same\n\n * Develop a quality culture within the business and lead on this\n\n * Identify and support continuous improvement across the quality function\n\n * Report to SLT on internal and external quality matters and assist with audits\n\n * Develop and coach teams thoroughly to maximise efficiencies and improve quality particular within WIP\n\n * Support ISO requirements for quality and health & safety\n\nQuality Engineer - What’s on Offer:\n\nSalary: £40,000 - £45,000pa + great benefits\nLocation: On site role, Bridgwater\nHours: Full time, Mon – Fri, some flexibility on start and finish.\n\nQuality Engineer - Key Attributes:\n\n ...
