Description
As the Quality Engineer your duties will include:
Developing and implementing quality standards and procedures.
Identifying and resolving product and production non-compliance issues.
Monitoring production processes and product quality to identify areas of improvement.
Participate in internal and external quality audits.
Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure quality in design and manufacturing.
Prepare and present quality reports and performance metrics.
Train and guide staff on new processes and compliance procedures.
Profile
The successful Quality Engineer should have:
Previously worked in a similar Quality Engineer position in manufacturing - ESSENTIAL
Worked in the aerospace sector to AS9100 standards - ESSENTIAL
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - ESSENTIAL
Thorough knowledge of quality control standards and methodologies - ESSENTIAL
Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve complex issues - ESSENTIAL
Job Offer
Immediate start for an on-going contract
c£30 per hour (inside IR35)
