Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards
* Conduct internal audits and support external audits from regulatory bodies and customers.
* Investigate and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
* Collaborate with engineering and production teams to enhance manufacturing processes.
* Utilize measurement tools such as CMM, micrometers, and gauges to verify product accuracy.
* Maintain documentation related to quality assurance, including inspection reports and non-conformance records.
* Lead root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
* Train and support staff on quality procedures and best practices.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a quality engineering role within a precision engineering environment.
* Strong knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory standards.
* Proficiency in using measurement and inspection tools.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
