Our client based in Greenwich are searching for a Quality Engineer to join their team to support the Engineering transformation team.
Are you ready to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of quality engineering within a dynamic, global manufacturing environment? Our client are seeking a Quality Engineer – Transformation to lead impactful process improvement initiatives and support the implementation of a next-generation ERP system across multiple international sites. quality assurance, continuous improvement, and team development.
Responsibilities as a Quality Engineer in Greenwich.
* Act as the Quality lead for operational issues in production areas, driving root cause analysis (RCA), corrective actions, and resolution of audit findings.
* Lead quality functionality within a large cross-functional team implementing our new global ERP system.
* Facilitate FMEA exercises, drive 8D investigations, and analyse non-conformance data to inform strategic improvements.
* Support internal audits, health & safety compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.
* Deliver training and mentor cross-departmental teams on quality standards and tools.
Requirements as a Quality Engineer in Greenwich.
* Degree in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline.
* 3–4+ years’ experience in process improvement and quality assurance within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
* Strong working knowledge of Six Sigma, FMEA, root cause analysis tools, and internal audit processes.
