This is a senior-level opportunity to lead on internal quality assurance, compliance, and continuous improvement strategies across the organisation's education and training services.

You'll play a critical role in shaping training delivery standards, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting professional development for staff.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee internal quality processes, including observation of teaching and learner feedback.

• Lead the organisation's compliance with awarding bodies, regulators, and external audits#####>
• 
  Plan and deliver staff training and development to enhance teaching and sup#####.

Ensure all health and safety, safeguarding, and compliance standards are met.

• Maintain and update policies in line with regulatory changes and best#####ctice.

  Lead continuous improvement initiatives to raise standards across the board#####>

Essential Criteria

• 
  

  Experience in quality assurance or compliance, ideally w#####n education#####training.

• 
  

  Strong working knowledge of audit processes and regulat#####frameworks.

• 
  

  Excellent leadership, communication, and team de#####pment skills.

• 
  

  High attention to detail and excellent or#####sational skills.

• 
  

  Experience in training, CPD planning, or staff coaching i#####ghly desirable.
