Your new role
As the Quality Assurance and Audit Lead, you will be a pivotal member of the team, helping to understand and improve practice and its impact on children and families. You will embed audit and QA activities across the organisation.
Manage Quality Assurance and audit functions, ensuring continuous reflection and learning.
Support ongoing improvement and practice in collaboration with the Principal Social Worker and the improvement programme.
Ensure frontline managers are supported to understand and participate in the Audit programme.
Work closely with the Head of Quality Assurance to ensure compliance and promote quality.
Provide professional challenges to drive quality and services for children, supporting the vision to ensure children and young people are happy, safe, loved, and thriving.
What you'll need to succeed
Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.
Ability to collate evidence of impact on outcomes for children and provide reports to the Senior Leadership Team and other Boards as required.
