Responsibilities:
Processing Invoices - review and code invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Reconciling supplier statements with the company's records to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
Handling and address enquiries and queries from both internal and external parties regarding purchase orders and payments.
Processing of staff expenses.
Prepare and authorise payments to suppliers through BACs
Maintaining records of all transactions, ensuring proper documentation and organisation.
