Purchase Ledger Clerk – Immediate start

Full-Time – office based role

Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm – Laindon based – Must drive due to location

£25k plus DOE + Fantastic bonus

We’re looking for a Purchase Ledger Superstar to join one of our fast-paced, thriving clients – and you could be the perfect fit.

You’ll play a key role in the finance department, ensuring every invoice is accurate, every supplier is paid on time, and every financial detail is on point. If you're organised, analytical, and ready to own your role, this is the opportunity you've been waiting for.

What You'll Be Doing:

* Processing purchase invoices with precision

* Keeping the purchase ledger up-to-date and fully reconciled

* Managing supplier relationships, resolving queries promptly

* Running BACS payments and handling ad hoc payment needs

* Assisting with CIS returns, ENSE reports, and payroll prep

* Working with Sage 200 to manage records and reports

What We’re Looking For:

* Experience in a finance or purchase ledger role

* Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude

* Excellent communication skills and confidence with systems

* A team player who can also work independently

* Familiarity with Sage 200 is a plus, but not essential
