WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AS THE PURCHASE LEDGER ASSISTANT;
Annual Salary of c £26,000 - £29,000 dependent on experience
Flex start and finish times - we can also consider reduced hours
25 days Hols PLUS Bank Hols
Pension - Client contribution can be increased from 4% to 6%

THE ROLE OF THE PURCHASE LEDGER ASSISTANT;
Will report to the Finance Manager - working as part of a small team of Finance and Payroll.
The person and personality of the Ledger Clerk is the most important aspect of this recruitment - so we are looking for;

High volume processing of Invoices
Match Invoices to Purchase Orders
Supplier query management and resolution
Process of subcontractor Timesheets and Invoices
Reconcile Supplier Statements...
