Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 base + uncapped commission | OTE: £55,000 - £60,000
Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week, Monday - Friday, flexible between 8am - 6pm)
Our client is on a mission to help 10,000 people achieve financial freedom through smart, long-term property investing and they are looking for a driven, commercially minded Property Sales Consultant to join them on that journey.
You'll be working with a mix of engaged, paying clients who have signed up to their service, and older contacts who've shown interest in the past. Your job is to re-engage, build trust, and guide them through smart investment decisions, backed by the support of a mission-driven, values-led company.

The Package:
£26,000 - £28,000 base salary, depending on experience
OTE £55,000 - £60,000, with top performers earning more

What You'll Be Doing:
Engage and support a warm pipeline of active clients.
Reconnect with previous prospects to reignite interest.
Understand client goals and present the right investment opportunities.
Help clients navigate the process from selection through to purchase.
Liaise with internal teams to keep deals moving.
Maintain accurate client and pipeline data in the CRM.
Hit (and exceed) monthly revenue and performance targets.
Contribute to improving how our client presents deals and handles objections.
Who You Are:
You have at least 1 year of sales experience, ideally in a consultative or high-value environment.
You're confident and professional, with a talent for building trust quickly.
You're organised, proactive, and take ownership of your pipeline.
You thrive in a high-performance culture and want to progress.
You care about doing the right thing for your clients, not just making the sale.
You're comfortable working independently in a hybrid environment.
Bonus If You Bring:
Experience in property or investment sales.
Knowledge of buy-to-let strategy or the UK property market.
Confidence using CRMs and structured sales processes.
