Property Manager

Eden Brown are recruiting for a Property Manager to join an organisation on a temporary basis to work within their leasehold and private rent team.

Responsibilities of the Property Manager:
* Manage leasehold properties
* Oversee budgets and services charges for leasehold properties
* Deal with breaches of leases
* Assist in property purchases and buybacks
* Complete scheme inspections

You must have previous experience of working in Leasehold/Property Management
