Property Manager– Benefits

Property Manager – Duties

• Managing scheduled repairs and reactive maintenance
• Carrying out mid term inspections
• Organising contractors, gaining quotations, issuing works orders and obtaining invoices
• Ensuring property compliance
• Organising tenancy paperwork
• Supporting the landlord with rental reviews and tenancy renewals
• General lettings administration and handling incoming enquiries

Property Manager – Experience Needed

• Previous property management experience is essential
• Professional written and verbal communication
• Excellent IT knowledge
• Up-to-date knowledge of Welsh lettings legislation
• Valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
