Property Manager Trainee / Experienced

We are currently recruiting for both experienced and trainee Property Managers to join our award winning and leading local estate agency clients based within the Gloucester area.
As Property Manager you will work within a supportive team responsible for your own portfolio of properties from the initial check in of tenants through to the end of tenancy and everything in between! You will be liaising with a variety of different people from tenants and landlords to contractors such as electricians and plumbers therefore, you must be a confident communicator.
Although previous experience within property or lettings is beneficial, our clients are happy to provide full training as long as you can demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, whether that be from retail or hospitality, and a determined mindset.
