Location: Remote based with some travel
Excellent opportunity working for one of the UK’s fastest growing retail and e-commerce business’s. Reporting to the Estates Surveyor, this role encompasses estates and projects across the entire UK and ROI portfolio, with a strong focus on estate management.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the delivery of strategy, lease renewals, rent reviews, and landlord and tenant matters across a portfolio of 900+ trade counter sites.
Strengthen and develop strong working relationships with external agents handling rent reviews, lease renewals, and lease re-gears across the UK and Republic of Ireland.
Manage queries from internal and external stakeholders, including direct communication with landlords. Provide timely progress updates and professional advice under appropriate guidance.
Collaborate with the wider team on various property-related projects and initiatives.
Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts for rent, service charges, insurance, and professional fees.
Maintain and update the property database, ensuring accuracy of lease data following acquisitions, lease events, or disposals.
