A well-established and expanding legal practice is seeking an experienced solicitor (with a minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience) to join its growing Property Litigation team. What You’ll Be Doing
The successful candidate will work across a broad range of property-related matters. Typical responsibilities include:
Independently handle your own portfolio of cases while assisting senior solicitors with complex legal matters in both tribunals and courts.
Deliver proactive, solution-focused advice across a broad spectrum of disputes.
Offer mentorship, support, and guidance to team members, including Solicitors, Trainee Solicitors, and Paralegals.
Contribute to the development and strengthening of client relationships and actively participate in business development initiatives.
