Property Claims Handler
Location: OL3 (Delph)
Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 Per Annum
Monday to Friday - 8.30am - 5.00pm

Working with a well-established insurance company looking to hire a proactive and detail-oriented Property Claims Handler. If you’re experienced in managing property claims and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle a portfolio of property claims from first notification to settlement
* Assess claims validity and negotiate settlements within your authority level
* Liaise with policyholders, loss adjusters, suppliers, and other stakeholders
* Maintain accurate and timely records using internal claims systems
* Ensure all claims are processed in accordance with regulatory and company standards
* Deliver excellent customer service throughout the claims process
Requirements:
* Previous experience handling domestic or commercial property claims (not essential)
* Strong knowledge of insurance principles and FCA guidelines
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to manage multiple cases with accuracy and efficiency
* Comfortable using claims management systems and Microsoft Office
