We are working with a leading facilities management company to find a Project Coordinator to join their team in Edinburgh. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational and administrative skills to support a busy projects team delivering lifecycle and variations works.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and financial support to Project Managers
Prepare documentation including costings, tenders, risk assessments, and compliance paperwork
Maintain accurate and audit-ready project files in line with ISO and CDM standards
Generate monthly client invoices including material and subcontractor costs
Update trackers, SharePoint records, asset lists, and area data sheets
Liaise with subcontractors, technical teams, and clients to ensure seamless delivery
Assist in the development of annual lifecycle plans and project review meetings
Support in the production of financial and management reports
