Project Sales Executive

£30,000 – Depending on experience
About the Role:
We’re looking for a motivated, personable Sales Executive to help grow our client base by selling lift maintenance contracts. You’ll contact prospective clients, arrange site visits, and provide maintenance quotes — all backed by our 7 years of built-up leads and access to public tenders.
We are a major and well-known Lift company. Due to our ever-growing lift service portfolio, we are looking for a Contract Sales Executive in the London area.
What You’ll Do:

  • Contact prospective clients via phone, email, LinkedIn & in-person
  • Book and attend meetings to survey lifts and provide quotes
  • Use our in-house client database (no cold calling required!)
  • Access online portals to respond to public and private tenders

What You’ll Need:

  • Sales experience is helpful but not essential
  • Smart appearance and confident, engaging communication
  • Strong motivation to meet sales targets
  • A consultative and professional approach
