A reputable Chartered Surveying and Property Consultancy, near Liverpool Street Station, is seeking a driven and forward-thinking Project Quantity Surveyor to join their collaborative team.

The Project Quantity Surveyor Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of a variety of prestigious schemes, with an initial focus on high-end residential and luxury retail projects, typically valued up to £10m. Working closely with high-profile clients, the role promises consistent exposure to design-led, detail-rich developments in some of London's most sought-after locations.

In addition to the residential and retail sectors, the successful Project Quantity Surveyor will have the chance to broaden their experience across a diverse range of projects, including hotels, hospitality, sports, leisure, arts, healthcare, and education.

The Project Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

Degree in Quantity Surveying, RICS accredited
Ideally MRICS or actively working towards
Experience within the high-end residential or retail sectors is highly desirable
Strong pre & post contract experience
UK based Consultancy experience is a MUST What's on offer?
