My client are a national earthworks and civils contractor. They are looking to onboard a Project manager due to an increase in their order book. The ideal candidate will have a strong background and knowledge of earthworks.
Project manager responsibilities:
* Senior manager with daily responsibility for multiple schemes up to £5million
* Interface with client
* Overall responsibility for Staff & Heavy Plant Resources on Multiple Schemes
* Commercial Management
* Appointment and management of sub-contractors
* Preparation and implementation of ITP
* Overseeing Engineering requirements
* Programming
* H&S Management
Project manager requirements:
* Driving Licence (required)
* NEBOSH Health & Safety Management for Construction (preferred)
* First Aid Certification (required)
* CSCS Manager (preferred)
* SMSTS (preferred)
* Street Works Card (preferred)
* Construction Site Management Level 6 Diploma (preferred)
* Asbestos Awareness (preferred)
* Degree Civil Engineering (preferred)
* Temporary Works Coordinator Training (preferred)
* Appointed Person Lifting Operations (preferred)
* Construction Design Management (preferred)
* DBS Check (required)
