Project Manager

Job Description We are currently partnering with a leading Property & Construction Consultancy, who are recruiting for Intermediate or Senior Project Manager to join a growing team in their London & Maidenhead offices on a permanent basis.

Our client is proud to provide a bespoke range of services to corporate clients and public bodies across the UK and Europe, and with wider global capability.

This is a full-time position with a salary band of £40,000 to £65,000 (subject to experience) and the start date is subject to notice.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Overseeing day-to-day delivery of projects
Positively engaging with clients and developing, growing and maintaining client relationships
Establishing effective processes and systems to be utilised throughout the project
Producing cost plans, feasibilities and optioneering
Liaising with the client, contractors, and designers
Managing sub-consultants and construction managers

Experience required:
Degree educated & ideally with relevant professional qualification (MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM) or on the path to achieving this
Experience of working within a multi-disciplinary organisation
