Are you an experienced Project Manager with a track record in commercial interior fit-out or shopfitting? Have you previously been on the tools? Our client, a well-established and highly respected company in the industry, is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead nationwide projects from their Leicester head office.

Our client is a long-standing interior fit-out and shopfitting specialist operating across the UK. The Role of Project Manager:
This hybrid role offers the perfect balance of office, site, and remote working. You’ll be the key point of contact for major fit-out projects, managing operations from planning through to handover.

Your Key Responsibilities as a Project Manager:
*
Deliver multiple interior fit-out projects on time and within budget
*
Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
*
Lead client communications and progress meetings
*
Monitor health & safety compliance across all projects
*
Ensure high standards of workmanship and finish
*
Prepare and manage project programmes and timelines
*
Control project budgets and forecasts
*
Conduct regular site visits and resolve on-site issues
*
Handle procurement and contract administration
*
Support and mentor junior staff
*
Produce regular progress and cost reports
*
Represent the company professionally with all stakeholders
What We’re Looking For in a Project Manager:
*
Minimum 5 years of project management experience in interior fit-out or construction
*
A background of working on the tools in fit-out is advantagous
*
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
*
Commercial awareness and contract knowledge
*
Proficiency in MS Project or other PM software
*
Full UK driving licence
*
A proactive, solutions-focused approach
