This role will be based between sites in Liverpool and Leeds, so you must be able to travel to both.
The ideal candidate will have experience in external envelope of buildings and fire remendiation, as well as pre-construction experience.
As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of construction projects, ensuring each scheme is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the expected quality standards.
Your role will involve strategic planning and day-to-day leadership of the project, acting as the key point of contact between clients, consultants, internal departments, and site teams. You will oversee the full project lifecycle – from pre-construction through delivery and handover – maintaining control of programme, cost, and quality while mitigating risks and driving efficiency.
