About the Role
My client is seeking a talented and driven Project Manager to join their growing team. As a trusted advisor to their clients, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of a wide range of construction and property projects across sectors including commercial, residential, education, healthcare, and public sector developments.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading projects from inception to completion — ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Acting as the key interface between clients, consultants, and contractors, you will manage project programmes, budgets, risk registers, and stakeholder engagement, always representing the company’s commitment to excellence, integrity, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage multiple projects at various stages, from feasibility to completion
* Develop and maintain project programmes, budgets, and delivery plans
* Chair client, design, and site meetings, ensuring clear communication and accountability
* Manage risks, change control, procurement, and reporting processes
* Maintain excellent client relationships, acting as the first point of contact
* Support business development through networking and representing Pulse Consult in the market
About the Requirements
* Proven experience in project management within the construction or property sectors
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
* Strong understanding of project governance, commercial management, and contract administration
* A proactive, problem-solving approach with strong attention to detail
* Relevant qualifications (e.g., construction management, surveying, engineering, or project management)
* Membership of a relevant professional body (e.g., RICS, APM, CIOB) is desirable
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites

About the salary:
Salary is negotiable, dependent on the individuals experience but up to £65,000. Other benefits include generous pension contributions, generous annual leave entitlement with annual increase, multiple perks and remote working available.
