I'm currently working with a client who is on the lookout for a Project Manager based in Oxfordshire, ready to start ASAP.
Role: Project Manager
Rate: £375/day (Inside IR35)
Location: Covering the Oxfordshire region
Contract: Temp to Perm (Car & fuel card provided upon becoming permanent)
Working Pattern: Hybrid
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
- Coordinate resources, including staff, equipment, and materials to maintain efficiency and drive success.
- Identify and manage project risks, developing mitigation strategies to keep things on track.
- Oversee and monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
- Maintain thorough and accurate project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders - ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
- Manage client-specific programs of work, fostering strong relationships and aligning outcomes with client goals.
- Ensure every project meets top-tier quality and performance standards.
About You:
- Ideally hold a degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field. (A Master’s or certifications like APM/PRINCE2 is a plus!)
- Previous experience in project management, ideally within construction or facilities management.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
- Strong track record of managing client relationships and aligning deliverables with client expectations
