Project Manager

Ionic Recruitment are currently looking for a Project Manager on behalf of our client.

Introduction:

We are working with a top-tier commercial fit-out contractor, currently seeking a Project Manager to oversee delivery of office, retail, and leisure fit-out works in Manchester. The role is available on a permanent or freelance basis with a salary to be agreed based on experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee entire project lifecycle for fit-out works.


• Develop schedules and monitor budgets.


• Coordinate labour, materials, and on-site activities.


• Maintain clear client communications and manage expectations.


• Ensure site safety and quality standards are maintained.

Requirements:

• Experience managing fit-out projects, ideally in high-spec sectors.


• Excellent organisation and reporting skills.


• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications essential.


• Manchester-based or within commutable distance.
