Project Manager

Exciting Project Manager opportunity delivering key CAT A, CAT B and Cut & Carve fit out projects for a leading worldwide Tier 1 business.

About the role of Project Manager:

Working on commercial fit out projects valued upwards of �20 million across central London.

Responsibilities for Project Manager:

• Playing an active part in running programme & delivery on site
• Liaising with clients and building strong working relationships
• Making strategic decisions and providing leadership and direction to site staff
• Devising cost-effective plans to enable effective project completion

Requirements for Project Manager:

• Experience delivering key projects from cradle to grave
• Experience working at a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor
• CAT, CAT B and cut & carve experience on projects valued at least �20 million
• Comfortable supporting tenders and managing large teams
