PM - Newcastle - Steel / Fabrication / constructionThe OpportunityWe are now recruiting for a Project Manager, reporting directly to the Head of Projects, to be based in either our Adlington or Sunderland office. The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle and delivering the scope as per the agreed budget and schedule, whilst ensuring the target margin is realised. Minimum Requirements:HND in a technical or engineering disciplineFormal project management qualificationDemonstratable experience with projects within a construction environment.Project controls experience, including planning, monitoring and reviewing of both schedules and cost.Ability to understand engineering drawings and specifications.
