Location:  Twyford, Buckinghamshire
Contract Duration: Till May 2026
Start Date: ASAP
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 5:30pm
Driving Licence: Required (Own vehicle essential)

We are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our esteemed client for an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of utility works on a major infrastructure project in Twyford. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic professional to lead and coordinate on-site operations while ensuring quality, safety, and programme adherence.

The successful Project Manager will be responsible for managing site teams, liaising with stakeholders, and maintaining progress across all phases of utilities-related works.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager, you will be expected to:

·Liaise effectively with clients and internal teams
·Manage quality control and ensure timely procurement and availability of materials
·Coordinate 4-week lookahead programmes and maintain Clause 32 schedules
·Supervise a team of 3-4 staff along with subcontractors
·Monitor site progress and report regularly to the Contract Manager
·Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards

Essential Requirements:

To be considered for the Project Manager role, candidates must have:

·A valid Black CSCS Card or Equivalent
·SMSTS certification
·First Aid qualification
·A full UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle
·5-10 years of proven experience managing utilities projects within civil engineering
·TWC (Temporary Works Coordinator) certification
·NRSWA Supervisor (beneficial)

This is a site-based position with a Monday to Friday working pattern, 7:30am - 5:30pm.
