We are working with a growing interior fit-out company based in Hertfodshire, seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to take ownership of kitchen and bathroom installation projects from start to finish.
This role requires someone with a strong background in managing multiple projects, particularly in kitchens and bathrooms, who can take the lead in securing work, planning and packaging projects, and ensuring smooth delivery on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full lifecycle of kitchen and bathroom fit-out projects – from client brief and scope through to completion
* Assist in securing new work through estimating, site visits, and client liaison
* Prepare and package projects for internal teams and subcontractors, with clear documentation and timelines
* Coordinate all trades and suppliers on-site, ensuring installations meet design, quality, and safety standards
* Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors
* Monitor and manage project budgets and schedules, proactively resolving any issues
Requirements:
* Strong experience managing kitchen and/or bathroom fit-out projects
* Skilled in planning, scheduling, and coordinating multiple active jobs
* Commercially aware, with experience handling budgets and procurement
