They have a strong pipeline of secured work across the region, including an upcoming £20m Education project in Northampton, where you would take the lead as Project Manager. This is a flagship scheme with high visibility and full support from an experienced commercial and operational team.
Key Requirements:

Proven experience delivering projects in the £10m+ range, ideally within Education sector but not essential
*
Strong leadership and organisational skills with a track record of managing site teams successfully.

Excellent knowledge of construction processes, health & safety, and programme management.
*
A collaborative approach with both internal and external stakeholders.
