The Opportunity
A leading precision engineering business is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead New Product Introduction (NPI) projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing manufacturing environment where you’ll play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of new products from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities
Manage NPI projects, including planning, coordination, and tracking of timelines and budgets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support capacity planning and process optimisation
Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal disruption to delivery schedules
Implement and champion continuous improvement within the NPI function
Monitor and report on project status, KPIs, and NPI performance metricsIdeal Candidate
Degree-qualified in a STEM subject, ideally with a focus on mechanical or manufacturing engineering
Strong knowledge of project management principles and tools (e.g., Gantt charts, MS Project)
Confident communicator with experience leading cross-functional teams
Familiarity with CAD software (SolidWorks preferred)
Experience in new product introduction or a similar manufacturing project roleBenefits
