Role Summary

Reporting to the Operations Director, the Project Manager will be responsible for:

Project Planning & Execution: Developing comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets. Coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.

Stakeholder Management: Maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication throughout the project.

Procurement & Resource Management: Overseeing procurement processes, managing subcontractor selection, and allocating resources effectively.

*

Health & Safety Compliance: Ensuring all projects comply with current health, safety, and environmental regulations, conducting regular site inspections and audits.

*

Financial Oversight: Monitoring project finances, managing quotations and variations, and providing regular financial reporting to stakeholders.

Quality Assurance: Upholding high-quality standards, conducting testing and commissioning of systems, and preparing comprehensive O&M manuals and as-fitted drawings for project handovers.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

Proven experience in managing commercial fit-out projects, preferably within the office refurbishment sector.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and support contractors and operatives.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and environmental compliance standards.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.
