Very good understanding of Portfolio management frameworks, methodologies, and best practice techniques· Pro-active problem-solving skills with strong experience of negotiating, documenting and presenting recommendations to deliver shared outcomes.· Critical thinking, able to work to under pressure to challenging timescales and deliver at pace.· Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills – Proven experience of exposure to Senior stakeholders is critical.· Very good leadership skills and ability to engage and bring different teams together.· Strong understanding and experience of financial planning processes including forecasting, management of variances and common project accounting principles (e.g. cash, directs and P&L accounting)· Very good time management skills and ability to work under challenging timescales to deliver at pace.· Experience of programme and project management methods (e.g. MSP,PMI, Prince2)· Very good time management skills and ability to work under challenging timescales to deliver at pace.· Experience of continuous improvement.· Strong knowledge of technology infrastructure products and platforms and fintech.· Strong/ in-depth reporting skills as data reported to CTO level within client. Ability to turn around ad-hoc requests into high level reports from senior management.
