An established manufacturing company in Gillingham is seeking a Project Engineer to lead and manage technical projects from concept to completion. This is a great opportunity with clear progression paths and flexible working hours: Monday to Thursday (8 � hours per day), and every other Friday (4 hrs).
Key Responsibilities:
� Ensure all assigned tasks are carried out safely and in line with company policies, industry standards, and environmental regulations.
� Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required technical and quality standards.
� Apply sound project management principles to monitor and control project progress.
� Design, validate, and implement detailed engineering solutions.
� Oversee supply chain activities to ensure timely and compliant deliveries.
� Prepare technical documentation for client approval.
� Collaborate with internal departments to achieve project goals.
What Youll Need:
� Proven project management experience
� Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
� Knowledge of manufacturing processes
� HVAC system experience (advantageous)
