We are excited to be recruiting for a Project Document Controller to join a well-established and dynamic business based in Egham. This opportunity to become a vital part of a small but highly effective team, ensuring smooth coordination with main contractors and the internal operations team.
Project Document Controller responsibilties:
Assist the Operations Manager in maintaining the Subcontractor database
Prepare and process Planning Applications
Provide general admin support to the team
Sub-Contractor Pre-qualification Questionnaires, O&M manuals, RAM and update our accreditation portals Safecontractor, Constructionline
Answer telephone calls, fielding enquiries & taking messages
Document Control for Projects on site such as Aconex
Assisting the Operations Manager with booking installations
Insuring that the installation calendar is kept up to date with progress of each job
Liaising with subcontracts regarding availability
Organising permitsExperience & Qualifications:
Proven previous experience in a similar role
Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with Clarity Pro is a bonus
Confident managing documentation through construction portals
