Key Responsibilities for a Project Coordinator
* Develop and maintain comprehensive project profiles.
* Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring consistent and clear daily communication with all relevant stakeholders.
* Provide crucial support with tender opportunities, including verifying pricing receipt with main contractors.
* Proactively build and nurture strong relationships with main contractors and partners to enhance overall project conversion rates.
* Conduct thorough analysis and deliver insightful monthly reports on key project success metrics.
* Efficiently manage and qualify inbound leads, while also providing support for outbound marketing campaign activities.
* Coordinate the lead qualification process and effectively manage project leads sourced from external databases.
* Occasional travel within the UK may be required.
Key Skills for a Project Coordinator
* 4-5 years in a B2B Sales, Marketing, or Sales Support role
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
* Professional and engaging telephone manner
* Strong problem-solving attitude
