Must Have’s

• 2+ years’ experience in a similar admin or projects-based role
• Strong time management and ability to juggle multiple deadlines
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Microsoft Office 365 confidence (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have’s

• Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, SharePoint, Wrike)
• Understanding of project lifecycles, flowcharts, and documentation
• Experience sourcing or managing product compliance and samples

So what will you be doing?

• Supporting the Projects team on new and ongoing projects
• Coordinating schedules, paperwork, and communication between stakeholders
• Managing compliance checks and product documentation
• Scheduling meetings and maintaining project materials
• Assisting with costing, reports, and legal documentation
• Organising samples and resources for new product development

Helpful extras

• Hybrid working setup: Tues & Thurs in-office, with alternating Mon/Weds/Fri
• Office based in Montpellier, Cheltenham with nearby parking
