Project Coordinator (Administrator)
will provide administrative support across those projects/scheduled works to investigate which works/projects are planned, then coordinate all communications which go out to the company.
Environment
– hybrid, 2 days in the office
Duration
– 3 – 6 months, contract inside IR35
Responsibilities
Accountable for any works or projects which are planned across the managed units.
Responsible for reaching out to each branch which is impacted, advise around scheduled works via email (templates/ system generated responses are provided) and then track the works progress, schedule using Excel.
Log budgets in Excel and updating any changes.
Provide progress and status updates on the planned works/project via email (templates/system generated responses provided) and run any reports for the wider business around the planned projects/works in Excel.
Qualifications
Extensive admin experience
Confident using Outlook and Excel
Ability to manage information in a logical and professional manner and to calmly manage a varied workload.
