Role and Responsibilities
As a Project Architect, you'll lead and manage the full architectural design process across all RIBA stages (0-7) on a variety of pioneering sustainable projects. Working closely with Directors, clients, consultants, and contractors, you will ensure the smooth delivery of projects from concept to completion.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading day-to-day operations and design coordination on assigned projects
Producing and managing detailed design, planning, and construction documentation
Overseeing planning processes and engaging with local authorities and regulatory bodies
Managing project timelines, budgets, and risk assessments
Coordinating internal and external teams to maintain high-quality output
