JOB TITLE: Project Administrator (up to 12 month contract)
LOCATION: Wellington, Somerset
HOURLY RATE: Up to £27,000 PA DOE
HOURS: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week (flexible on start time between 8am and 9am)
We are seeking a well-organised and process-driven Project Administrator who enjoys a varied role to join a global leader in manufacturing and packaging solutions who are known for their innovation, sustainability and diverse products. As a Project Administrator you will work with the Project Management Team Leader, sales colleagues, external customers, and suppliers to translate and develop new product briefs into profitable products that can be manufactured and delivered on time. This is a contract position, starting as soon as possible for 6 - 12 months, therefore you must be able to commit to the full duration of the role.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensuring regular contact with internal and external customers and suppliers, maintaining and building strong relationships
Communicating progress and information needs according to project briefs and plans and assisting with customer enquires
Working directly with approved suppliers, carry out checks, colour matching, and quality assessments, and present prototypes, samples, and specifications
Checking initial deliveries and setting standards
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date data/files and samples, ensure documentation is kept up to date, and conduct artwork checks
Collaborate with team members to optimise resources and covering colleagues' projects during absences
Keeping accurate and up-to-date data/files, ensuring all documentation is up to date
Being aware of changes that may increase costs.
