Salary: £26,000 (pro rata)

Are you looking to kick-start your career in a fast-paced, creative environment? We're looking for a Project Administrator to join a busy studio team on a 6-month temporary contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate or entry-level candidate to gain valuable hands-on experience in project support. You'll receive full training and the chance to develop skills that could lead to a future career in project coordination or client services.
What You'll Be Doing:

Attend Pre-Production Meetings and take detailed notes.

Upload project briefs and approved content to internal systems.

Log and track incoming design files for accurate record-keeping.

Request and update delivery timelines from suppliers and printers.

Share critical project details with the design team.

Generate reports to support Project Managers with current data.
What We're Looking For:

Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Confidence using Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.

A detail-oriented approach and willingness to learn.
