Take responsibility for engaging and inspiring students by delivering high-quality learning, tutorials, and PSHE & RSE subjects, supporting their progress into employment or Higher Education. This includes developing their skills for independence, educating them to safeguard themselves against relevant challenges in modern Britain, monitoring progress, undertaking safeguarding duties, and helping them access College support services. This role is based cross college and is a fixed term maternity cover. The successful would start in the new academic year and will work 40 weeks of the year, and 37 hours a week.
