Are you passionate about project management and driving organizational excellence? We're seeking a talented individual to join our clients dynamic team as a Value Creation Programme PMO Lead.
The VCR programme is focused on the delivering the a long term value creation plan. Working for the Chief Transformation Officer and closely with the board you will be responsible for setting up the VCR PMO office and be instrumental in driving forward the plan over the next couple of years.
About the Role:
As a Programme PMO Professional, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the successful delivery of our organization's strategic initiatives. Key responsibilities include:
Providing strategic oversight and governance for projects and programmes.
Implementing and maintaining project management processes and methodologies.
Monitoring project performance, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.
Facilitating communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.
Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery capabilities.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in project management and/or PMO roles.
Consulting background
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
