Programme Manager - Central Gov - Outside IR35

This is a fantastic opportunity via our Page Consulting business to spearhead a large transformation programme within this central government client.

The end client is a central government organisation located in Bristol.

Description

The successful Programme Manager will be responsible for:

Taking control of a wide-ranging, in-flight transformation programme which impacts all aspects of the end clients operations
Quickly understanding the current opportunities, challenges and risks to the programme and communicating clearly and effectively with the wider SLT
Driving delivery of programme objectives including, but not limited to, rollout of new IT systems interfacing with a core ERP (Dynamics 365)
Identifying the deliverables in order to ensure successful programme delivery in the next 12-24 monthsProfile

The successful Programme Manager will possess:

Programme Manager experience within central government transformation programmes (essential)
Previous experience on end-to-end transformation programmes with ERP delivery at the core
Demonstrable ability to pick up an in-flight programme and start driving it towards successful delivery
Fantastic stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, end client stakeholders and 3rd party delivery partners
Previous experience on a SOW/consulting project would be beneficial, but not essentialJob Offer

£450 - £600 per day dependent on experience

This role will be delivered via our PageConsulting business and is outside scope of IR35
