🎓 Programme Leader – Social Work Degree Apprenticeship (Grimsby Campus)

⏱️ Full-Time (37 hours/week), Monday–Friday
💷 Hourly Rate: £35 – £42 per hour (depending on experience)
Castle Education is working in partnership with a leading education provider who is urgently seeking an experienced Programme Leader to support the delivery of their Social Work Degree Apprenticeship programme.
This is a temporary, full-time opportunity offering consistent hours and the chance to make a real difference in the lives of learners pursuing a career in Social Work.

- Extensive teaching experience, ideally in apprenticeship delivery
- Strong knowledge of Social Work curriculum standards
- Previous experience in Higher Education, ideally in a leadership or programme coordinator role
- Available to work full-time: Monday–Thursday (8:30am–5pm) and Friday (8:30am–4:30pm)
- Competitive hourly rate of £35 – £42
