Key Responsibilities Providing outstanding customer experience to students and staff in all aspects of programme administration. Manage and maintain student and programme data ensuring the school is compliant with the University Quality Assurance Policies and Procedures. Manage assessment board meetings, including the collection of data, updating student records and informing students of results in a timely manner Provide management information reports on request from colleagues across the school and University Work with the Programme Manager and other Programme Administrators to improve processes which enhances the student experience Work in partnership with other departments across the University to develop best practice.
