Program Manager

Job Description Here is a fantastic opportunity for a Technical Program Manager to join a growing software company whose solutions have a real-world impact. You will join as part of their senior leadership team to lead a team of Project Managers and report directly to the CEO.

Salary: £80,000-£90,000 per annum
Location: Poole 3 days a week

The role:
This is a pivotal role in a hands-on, delivery-focused environment where expectations are high, but autonomy and trust are equally valued.

You’ll be responsible for leading internal and external project delivery including:
Business-critical system migrations (on-prem to AWS)
Acquisitions integration
Client-facing projects

The candidate:
You will need a strong technical understanding of software systems (without being a developer), particularly in how back-end and front-end components interconnect.

You will be a “doer”- someone who coaches and challenges their team with high emotional intelligence.

The current team needs stability and structure. You should be someone who can test assumptions, ask the right questions and drive things forward.
