Job Description Job Title: Programme Manager
Location: Birmingham/Sheffield (3 days per week on-site)
Contract: 6 month contract
Start Date: Within the next 3 weeks
Working Pattern: Hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 days remote)

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager with a strong background in banking or consulting to lead and drive strategic programmes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This individual must possess excellent analytical and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to clearly present insights and updates at ExCo level.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of complex programmes across multiple workstreams
Ensure alignment with strategic business objectives and deliver within time, cost, and scope parameters
Prepare and deliver concise, executive-level presentations and reporting to ExCo and senior stakeholders
Manage and communicate with internal teams and external partners to drive delivery
Identify and mitigate risks and issues, ensuring appropriate escalation as required
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-moving, agile environment
