Overview:
As a Field Programs Analyst within Salesforce’s Global Excellence Academy team, I led the end-to-end management of the Strateego Academy—a flagship 12-month enablement and retention program for the company’s top 5% of sellers. This role required a strong balance of strategic program planning, operational execution, and stakeholder engagement at the executive level.
Key Responsibilities:
Owned and executed multiple workstreams for the Academy, ensuring program consistency and excellence
Led operational planning, logistics, scheduling, and delivery of program events and sessions
Managed internal and external communications strategy to promote engagement and visibility
Coordinated with senior leaders and subject matter experts to secure impactful speakers and content
Tracked, analyzed, and reported program performance through sales KPIs, survey data, and stakeholder feedback
